With a love for food and fast cash, he made a name for himself as the go-to guy for anything shady—but never violent. From knockoff sneakers to hot electronics, Jeff runs his deals out the back of a rusty van, always with a full stomach and a greasy grin. He’s not fast, but he’s connected—and that’s all that matters. This Life became too much so he switched to the right side of the law. Or did he?
